Matcha Kami No Kisu is imported directly from Japan, from the first producer to obtain JAS Organic certification.
To maintain high quality, quantities are limited and production is done in small batches, with each variety tasted before being introduced into the range. Once it arrives at the warehouse, it is kept refrigerated to preserve its freshness and all its properties.
What truly makes them special is that most come from a single leaf cultivar, grown specifically for matcha — what is called "single-cultivar". This is where the smooth, round taste comes from, without the astringency that many experience with their first matcha. It is drunk plain, with only water, without milk and without sweetener.
