Product Returns

Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with intact labels, and accompanied by a proof of purchase, so that the product can be resold.

Product returns to our headquarters are at the customer's expense. The money will be returned according to the same initial payment method of the order:
- if the payment was made with a bank card, then the return will be made to the same bank card; for this, a separate request will be completed for the bank, and the money will be refunded within 3 working days;
- for cash payments, we reserve the right to return the money depending on its availability in the cash register at the time of return.

Food products are not returnable.
