How permanent discounts work

Depending on the total sum of your accumulated purchases at Eclair, you automatically receive:

• 5% permanent discount – between 2,000 and 19,999 lei

• 10% permanent discount – between 20,000 and 99,999 lei

• 15% permanent discount – over 100,000 lei

How to become a member

  2. Or create your account directly in our store.
  3. Use the same email and/or phone number for all your purchases, in-store and online.

Rules and exceptions

• The loyalty discount does not apply to products already discounted, regardless of whether the discount is temporary, a clearance sale, or an automatic promotion (e.g., Happy Combo). However, the value of these purchases is added to the total accumulated amount for discount tiers.

• In the case of an order with both discounted and non-discounted products, the discount only applies to non-discounted products.

• Upon returning an order, the corresponding amount is deducted from the accumulated total.

• Accounts can be merged and data updated upon request, in-store or directly from the online account.

How do I check how many purchases I have accumulated?

Log in to your eclair.md account to view your order history and total amount spent.

Does the discount also apply to promotional products?

No. The loyalty discount only applies to non-discounted products.

Can I combine the loyalty discount with other promotions?

No. The loyalty discount does not combine with other promotions or automatic discounts (such as Happy Dishes Combo), with the exception of the free delivery promotion.

If I changed my email, do I lose my accumulated data?

No. We can update your details and unify your accounts either in-store or directly from your online account.

What happens if I return an order?

The amount corresponding to the returned order is deducted from the accumulated total.

If I make a gift, who receives the accumulation?

Discounts and accumulations are applied to the account of the person in whose name the order is registered.

Do accumulations expire?

No, these remain in your permanent history.

Can I transfer someone else's accumulations?

No. But we can update your account name and details if needed.

If I buy from a physical store without an online account?

All purchases accumulate on the unique account associated with the email or phone number, regardless of whether they are made in-store or online.
