One of my favorite breakfasts is Chia Pudding, which can be interpreted in many ways. You can also serve it as a dessert; it's light, tasty, and healthy.
For this recipe, I used banana puree, but cocoa powder, matcha green tea powder, or seasonal fruits can be used with equal success. The base is the liquid in which the seeds change size, such as yogurt, coconut milk, almond milk, juices, etc.
I looked at many recipes until I found the ideal proportion; 1 to 1/4 is the best. It's important to let the seeds sit for a few hours, ideally overnight, in the refrigerator.
