Frankly, it's the easiest day. In the morning I woke up with no appetite, and a baked apple with 2 biscuits seemed like a huge portion.
The last day has the same itinerary as the first, with the exception of lunch for which your stomach will thank you and be happy to have a warm and not at all acidic apple.

Lunch and dinner remain the same as on the first day.
P.S. Although it is not recommended to exercise during detox days, I broke this rule. I exercised on the second day and was lacking energy, and I went again today, running for 40 minutes without stopping. Therefore, it is important to assess your strength, otherwise the best teacher is our own body, which we must listen to.
