The second day is harder than the first; it's best to find many interesting activities so you don't think about food. The principle of day 2 is to exclude solid food and consume only liquids.

Beetroot is a very accessible product with a myriad of benefits. One of them is its intense red pigment, which is a powerful anti-carcinogenic agent in the fight against colon cancer. It stabilizes the pH (acid-alkaline balance), so for me, these are enough arguments to choose beetroot.
