Cast Aluminum

The Cast Aluminum Collection is made from cast aluminum, a material that is as tough as cast iron but significantly lighter, conducts heat quickly, and guarantees fast and even cooking, both in the oven and on the hob. Its stainless steel base makes it suitable for all heat sources, including induction, and it is also oven-safe up to 200°C for slow cooking. MasterClass has added two layers of superior non-stick coating. It's so effective that you can cook using little to no oil. The material is durable and scratch-resistant. It is 100% chemical-free and offers excellent abrasion resistance. A layer of patina will build up on the walls of the pan and with use will continue to improve its performance.
