Description

The MasterClass Cast Aluminium 24 cm casserole is a round recycled cast aluminium pot with a lid and a 4 litre capacity, ideal for stews, soups, oven dishes and even homemade bread.

Cast aluminium heats up quickly and spreads heat evenly, while the dish stays light and easy to handle. It works on all hob types, including induction, and goes straight from stovetop to oven to table. The drip-free pouring lip, the self-basting lid and the strainer built into the lid make everyday cooking simpler.

Instructions for use

Before first use, wash the casserole in warm soapy water and dry it thoroughly. Cook on low to medium heat, as cast aluminium retains heat well, and use silicone, wooden or plastic utensils to protect the non-stick coating. For the longest life, we recommend washing by hand with a soft sponge.
