Description

The 28 cm MasterClass Cast Aluminium crêpe pan is made of grey cast aluminium, very light yet strong, with a double scratch-resistant non-stick coating for thin, golden pancakes on any hob, including induction.

Aluminium heats up quickly and evenly, and the low weight makes flipping easy, even with a flick of the wrist. Crêpes glide off the non-stick surface, you need less oil, and the pan is dishwasher safe and oven safe up to 150°C.

Instructions for use

Wash the pan before first use and preheat it on medium heat before pouring in the batter; use silicone, wooden or plastic utensils to protect the non-stick coating. It is dishwasher safe, but hand washing with a soft sponge keeps the coating at its best for longer.
