What could be simpler and more delicious than a quick wok dish prepared in a suitable, heavy, carbon steel Master Class pan, suitable for any type of hob, including my home induction hob? I searched for it for so long, my perfect pan, and the manufacturer promised a 10-year warranty.
Soba noodles are most often present in our woks, because we love their taste and because they are made from buckwheat.
Ingredients
For 2 servings
- half a packet of soba noodles
- 2 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 1 chili pepper
- 3 large spoons of soy sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- a green onion stalk
- sesame seeds (optional)
- vegetable oil
- red onion sprouts (optional)
Preparation method
- Julienne the zucchini, slice the onion, carrot, chili pepper, and garlic.
- Boil the soba noodles.
- Sauté the garlic over high heat, add the carrot and sauté for 2-3 minutes, continue with the zucchini and sauté for another 2-3 minutes, add the chili pepper, soy sauce, a tablespoon of honey and keep the wok over heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the noodles, mix and serve immediately with green onion and sesame seeds.
