What could be simpler and more delicious than a quick wok dish prepared in a suitable, heavy, carbon steel Master Class pan, suitable for any type of hob, including my home induction hob? I searched for it for so long, my perfect pan, and the manufacturer promised a 10-year warranty.

Soba noodles are most often present in our woks, because we love their taste and because they are made from buckwheat.

Ingredients

For 2 servings

  • half a packet of soba noodles
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 3 large spoons of soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • a green onion stalk
  • sesame seeds (optional)
  • vegetable oil
  • red onion sprouts (optional)

Preparation method

  1. Julienne the zucchini, slice the onion, carrot, chili pepper, and garlic.
  2. Boil the soba noodles.
  3. Sauté the garlic over high heat, add the carrot and sauté for 2-3 minutes, continue with the zucchini and sauté for another 2-3 minutes, add the chili pepper, soy sauce, a tablespoon of honey and keep the wok over heat for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the noodles, mix and serve immediately with green onion and sesame seeds.
