Ingredients:
- 200g raw beef (of the highest quality, previously frozen for 7 days)
- 1 large tablespoon of mustard
- lemon juice
- finely chopped red onion
- capers
- thyme, rosemary or other fresh aromatic herbs
- olive oil
- egg yolk (optional)
- salt and pepper
Preparation methods:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Arrange the mixture in a ring mold.
- Serve with greens, toasted bread, olive oil and pepper.
