It might seem like a dish that only professional chefs know how to make, but it's extremely simple to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 200g raw beef (of the highest quality, previously frozen for 7 days)
  • 1 large tablespoon of mustard
  • lemon juice
  • finely chopped red onion
  • capers
  • thyme, rosemary or other fresh aromatic herbs
  • olive oil
  • egg yolk (optional)
  • salt and pepper

Preparation methods:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Arrange the mixture in a ring mold.
  3. Serve with greens, toasted bread, olive oil and pepper.
