I'm not a big fan of cheesecakes, pancakes, etc., but I do experiment from time to time. What can I say, I finally found a superb recipe for a weekend brunch.
Ingredients:
- 250 g ricotta
- 150 ml milk
- 75 g flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 eggs, whites and yolks separated
- salt
Method of preparation:
- Finally, beat the egg whites separately and mix the other ingredients in another bowl, then combine the mixture in 2 stages.
- Cook them on a hot pan with butter; the dough should not be made in advance because it loses its texture, prepare them immediately.
Optionally, you can add sugar if you want them sweeter, lemon zest, vanilla, etc.
