Crispy chickpeas are a delicious snack, simple to prepare, and packed with protein. They will add an interesting texture to salads and wraps, or can be served as a snack.
It's best to eat them the day they are prepared. It's preferable to store them in a warm container; in the refrigerator, they will quickly lose their texture.
You can add any seasoning you like; the basic ingredients are salt and vegetable oil.
Ingredients:
- 1 can of preserved chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon crushed sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
Method of preparation:
- Mix the oil with all the spices, then mix them with the chickpeas.
- Bake the chickpeas at 220 C for 20-30 minutes.
