Ingredients
- 125 gr flour
- 250 ml milk
- 4 eggs
- 20 gr melted butter
- a pinch of salt
- a little sugar (optional)
Method of preparation
- Place the flour in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and add the salt and sugar. Add the eggs. Whisk until the batter is smooth. Add the melted butter, stirring continuously.
- Gradually add the milk, stirring continuously. Cover the bowl and let it rest for 2-3 hours.
