We all love soft drinks, less so the amount of sugar in them. We suggest infusing "Ice Tea Prosecco" prepared from our legendary Jun Chiyabari from Nepal, made according to the Chinese method.

*note: You can adjust the amount of alcohol; for a more intense taste, you can use the same amount of alcohol and the same amount of tea. If you want to sweeten the drink, use honey.

Ingredients:
8 tablespoons of tea
1200 ml water
700 ml sparkling wine
4-5 peaches, lavender flowers

Preparation method:
Prepare the tea and let it cool. Remove the infusion after 5 minutes of steeping during preparation.
Add the lavender and sliced peaches, let them infuse in the refrigerator for an hour, or for an even better taste, overnight.
Mix the tea with Prosecco. Serve the drink in a large bowl or pitcher, to look as generous as possible.
