Lilia Costișanu, commercial manager

She ensures that all products on www.eclair.md have detailed and practical descriptions for convenience in online product selection. She also helps every customer activate their Eclair account for a pleasant future shopping experience.

Ms. Lilia has the challenge of identifying the most suitable products for Eclair's customers, from the tens of thousands of products available from Eclair's suppliers.

For 4 years, she was a Hall Administrator, involved in communicating with clients, managing the sales team, and arranging products. Product orders and their arrangement with the team were Ms. Lilia's responsibility and pleasure.

Vasile Costișanu, warehouse manager

Mr. Vasile responsibly and dedicatedly ensures that the 20,000 products in stock are properly stored and quickly delivered to our customers.

And because we value the unique experience our customers have, we have also implemented hourly delivery scheduling, anywhere in the country.

Mr. Vasile will call you and deliver to your door, wherever you are.

Cătălina Rotaru, stock manager

Cătălina knows what practical multitasking looks like. She ensures that a product card is created in the internal shopping cart system for each new product in stock. She ensures that the cost of goods is calculated correctly and entered into the system.

Cătălina monitors that store stocks are systematically replenished from the warehouse so that when you arrive at the store, the products you came for are not missing.

She ensures that all shortcomings and defective products are reported to the manufacturer immediately after detection (all products are manually checked before being placed on shelves or offered to the customer).

Cristina Țușca, senior sales associate

Cristina communicates, helps, shares stories, and always finds solutions. She warmly greets customers and takes care of their experience throughout their time in the store. She receives online orders and phone calls and guides customers to find the right products for themselves or for those they are preparing a gift for.

Cristina loves to carefully and thoughtfully pack all products for delivery, as well as gifts that are destined for your loved ones.

She ensures that products are arranged harmoniously and accessibly on shelves so that you can feel/perceive them inside your home.

Iulian Costișanu, Eclair co-founder

Iulian plans and acts like an architect passionate about the future. He ensures that our selling prices are in line with those recommended by manufacturers, sometimes even lower (even if importing them costs us more than any European distributor).

Iulian has made a significant contribution to the company, implementing the website on the most innovative e-commerce platform in the world. Our online store hosts tens of thousands of visitors every month.

As early as 2014, he developed a unique digital loyalty system. Every customer can get their discount in our store or on the website based only on their contact details, without physical cards, without worries.

Iulian also created the newsletter subscriber community; only community members receive the best offers. Anyone can become a member.

Ana-Maria Costișanu, conceptualizer, director, co-founder

Ana-Maria is the one who brought the idea of Eclair to life in 2014. A great lover of beauty, history, and home comfort, she brings her own "Art of Living" concept, which is available right in our showroom, through table settings, arranged areas, and combined products.

Ana-Maria selects products, imports products, chooses and recruits new and new international and local brands to be available to our customers in Moldova.

She visits international exhibitions, communicates with European manufacturers, innovates, reinvents, and builds what we call the Eclair brand.

Ana-Maria decorates all Christmas trees, which are said to be the most beautiful in the market, thanks to their conceptual design and collectible decorations.

Ana-Maria manages the team, the Eclair brand, and the company's processes.

This is part of our team, which diligently performs its work exceptionally every day, with dedication and care. There are other team members we could tell you about, but we'll save that for the future.
