1. Italian coffee with almond milk
Caffè alla Salentina is a very refreshing drink made with coffee and almond milk. It is essential that it is prepared a few hours in advance so that the milk has time to freeze.
Ingredients:
For 1 glass
50 ml espresso or mocha
300 ml water
100 g almond milk syrup
PREPARATION METHOD
Prepare an espresso or a mocha coffee. Put 6-7 almond milk ice cubes in a large glass. Pour the hot, unsweetened coffee over the ice. Serve with a straw.
Almond milk ice cubes
Dilute the almond milk syrup with cold water. Pour it into special ice cube molds. Leave them in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
2. Iced Mocha
This is a truly amazing recipe - the classic combination of whipped cream and chocolate blends with the aroma of coffee to create a delicious and refreshing drink.

50 ml coffee
50 ml cold chocolate with whipped cream
6-7 ice cubes
1 liter of milk
175 g sugar
140 g cocoa

Hot chocolate
Bring 1 liter of milk to a boil. Add the pre-prepared mixture of cocoa powder and sugar. Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer until it thickens (for 10 minutes or more, depending on the desired consistency). Let it cool and enjoy!
