The 29.5 cm MasterClass Ceramic Eco wok is made of heavy-duty aluminium with a PTFE, PFOA and BPA free ceramic non-stick coating and a stainless iron base, for healthier East Asian dishes cooked with less oil on any hob, including induction.
Aluminium spreads heat quickly and evenly, ideal for vegetable stir fries, chicken and broccoli or egg fried rice for the whole family, and the scratch-resistant ceramic coating releases food easily. The non-slip riveted Bakelite handle stays cool, and the wok is dishwasher safe.
