The 24 cm MasterClass pancake pan is made of aluminium with a chemical-free ceramic non-stick coating (PFOA, PTFE and BPA free) and a stainless steel base, suitable for thin crêpes and pancakes on any hob, including induction.
Aluminium heats up quickly and evenly for faster cooking, and the ceramic coating releases food easily with little fat. The Bakelite handle stays cool while you cook. The pan is dishwasher safe and has a 15-year MasterClass guarantee.
