The 28 cm MasterClass Ceramic Eco frying pan is made of durable aluminium with a PFOA, PTFE and BPA free ceramic non-stick coating, a stainless iron base and a stay-cool Bakelite handle, for everyday cooking on any hob, including induction.
Aluminium absorbs heat quickly and spreads it evenly for shorter cooking times, while the ceramic coating releases food easily and is simple to clean. The black pan is dishwasher safe and comes with a 15-year MasterClass guarantee.
