The MasterClass Vitreous Enamel square baking pan measures 23 x 23 cm and is made of 1 mm steel coated in black vitreous enamel, for cakes, gratins and roasted vegetables.
The hard-wearing enamel spreads heat evenly, won't scratch with metal utensils and lets you use the pan in the oven, on all hobs including induction, and in the fridge or freezer. It is easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
