The MasterClass Smart Ceramic square baking tin measures 23 x 23 cm and is made of carbon steel with a double non-stick ceramic coating in grey, ideal for brownies, traybakes and loaf-style cakes.
The scratch-resistant ceramic coating releases bakes easily, so you often won't need to grease it, while the rolled edges and dimpled base help with even browning. The tin nests with the other Smart Ceramic pieces, is BPA, PFOA and PTFE free and dishwasher safe.
