Description

The MasterClass Cast Aluminium dual griddle tray measures 51 x 28 cm, is made of cast aluminium with a stainless steel base and fits across two hobs, for steakhouse-style chargrilling and breakfasts at home.

The ridged side sears meat, fish and poultry, while the flat side suits eggs, bacon or American-style pancakes. It heats quickly with no hot spots and works on all hobs, including induction, in the oven up to 200 °C and even on the barbecue.
