The deep MasterClass Smart Ceramic roasting tin measures 41.5 x 31.5 x 9.5 cm and is made of carbon steel with a double ceramic non-stick coating, free from BPA, PFOA and PTFE, big enough for a whole turkey or family-sized vegetables.
The ceramic coating is scratch resistant and releases food easily, often without greasing, while rolled edges and airflow dimples help even browning. All eight Smart Ceramic pieces nest inside this tin, and it is dishwasher safe.
