Description

The large MasterClass Cast Aluminium roasting tin measures 41 x 26 cm, is 10 cm deep and has handles; it is made of lightweight cast aluminium with two non-stick layers in blue, for turkey, roasts or family-sized meals.

Cast aluminium heats quickly and evenly, like cast iron, yet the tin stays easy to handle. It works on hobs, including induction, for gravy or braising, and in the oven up to 200 °C, while the scratch-resistant non-stick coating is easy to clean.
