The MasterClass Smart Ceramic baking tray measures 40 x 27 cm and is made of durable carbon steel with a PTFE- and BPA-free ceramic non-stick coating, ideal for brownies, Swiss rolls, vegetables or oven meals.
The carbon steel spreads heat evenly, while the ceramic coating releases food easily and cleans up effortlessly. Pieces from the Smart Ceramic collection stack together for compact storage, and the tray is dishwasher safe.
