Description

For an authentic experience, measure about 2 teaspoons of matcha into a bowl (approx. 100 ml of water). Pour hot water at 80–90 °C over the powder. Using the bamboo whisk (chasen), whisk vigorously for 1–2 minutes until a fine foam forms on the surface.

Bamboo is a natural, durable, and rapidly renewable material, ideal for traditional matcha tea preparation utensils.
