The MasterClass set includes a 34 x 26 cm roasting pan and a 39 x 27 cm baking tray, made of heavy-duty carbon steel with a grey non-stick coating, ideal for family roasts, vegetables, bakes and gratins.
The thick carbon steel spreads heat evenly, resists warping and rust, and the non-stick coating releases food easily. The pieces are safe in the oven up to 220 °C, in the fridge, the freezer and the dishwasher.
