The Home Made set includes 4 cotton muslin drawstring bags of 18 x 13 cm that you fill with herbs and spices to flavour soups, stews and stocks.
The spices give the dish all their flavour but stay in the bag, so there is no more chewing on a bay leaf or rogue rosemary sprigs. The bags are reusable: after use, simply rinse them in warm, soapy water.
