The MasterClass Smart Ceramic set includes 2 large roasting trays, 41.5 x 31.5 cm and 40 x 28.5 cm, made of carbon steel with a grey double ceramic non-stick coating, ideal for turkey, lamb, roasts and oven vegetables.
The scratch-resistant ceramic coating releases food easily and cleans effortlessly, with less greasing needed. Rolled edges add strength and dimples on the inside circulate air for even browning. Use the trays separately or one as a lid for the other, and stack them with the other Smart Ceramic pieces.
