The MasterClass set includes 2 round springform cake tins with loose bases, 20 cm and 23 cm, made of heavy-duty carbon steel with a silicone-based non-stick coating, ideal for sponges, cheesecakes and loaf-style cakes.
The spring clip releases the cake quickly and the loose base keeps it intact. The thick carbon steel resists warping and rust, and the tins are safe in the oven up to 220 °C, in the fridge, the freezer and the dishwasher.
