The MasterClass stainless steel marinade injector holds 45 ml and comes with two interchangeable needles, so you can inject marinade straight into beef, pork, lamb, chicken or turkey.
The thin needle is for liquid marinades and meat juices, the wide one for thicker sauces such as honey and soy or barbecue sauce. The calibrated window is marked in ml, fl oz and teaspoons, the soft-touch non-slip handle gives a secure grip, and the injector can also be used to fill cakes and pastries.
