The MasterClass Deluxe potato ricer is made of stainless steel, measures 31 cm and quickly turns cooked potatoes into smooth, lump-free mash.
Simply place a cooked potato in the basket and squeeze the handles; their length gives plenty of leverage for minimal effort. The ricer also works for sweet potato and other root vegetable mash, fishcakes, fruit sauces, rösti, fruit juice or baby food, and the saucepan rest keeps it steady over the pan.
