The grey MasterClass Smart Ceramic carbon steel rack, 35.5 x 23 cm, is a two-in-one accessory: a roasting rack for the Smart Ceramic roaster and a cooling rack for cakes.
Folding legs lift roasts to drain fat or raise cakes for quick cooling, then fold down so the rack stacks with your other Smart Ceramic pieces. The scratch-resistant non-stick coating, free from PTFE, PFOA and BPA, cleans easily, and the narrow slats support small bakes too.
