Product details
KitchenCraft ceramic baking beans, 500 g, keep tart and pie pastry in place when you blind bake it, so it does not bubble up or shrink away from the sides.
Pour them into the pastry case on top of a layer of baking paper and let them do their job. The ceramic is heat resistant and conducts heat for an evenly cooked crust, and the beans can be reused bake after bake, unlike dried beans.
