This organic Japanese green tea is made mainly from the leaf stems – called kuki – gathered during the production of Sencha and Bancha. Once roasted, these golden stems release a warm aroma with notes of roasted nuts, a gentle sweetness and a light coffee finish with hints of dark chocolate.
