Produced under unique conditions in Shizuoka, this tea is naturally rich in GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid). The method was developed by Japan’s National Tea Research Institute: freshly picked leaves are kept in a nitrogen-rich environment, which naturally increases their GABA content.

The result is a copper-hued infusion with a fine, slightly tangy bouquet and subtle buttery notes. Ideal for moments of calm and gentle focus.
