Product details
The MasterClass 15 cm springform cake tin is 7 cm deep, with a loose base and a quick-release clasp, made of commercial-grade 1 mm carbon steel with a Quantum II double non-stick coating.
It is ideal for small sponges, fruit cakes, cheesecakes or the tiers of a celebration cake, together with the other sizes in the MasterClass range. The silicone-based non-stick, free from PTFE, PFOA and BPA, helps the cake come out in one piece and is easy to clean.
