Product details
The MasterClass Crusty Bake loaf tin measures 16 x 10 cm, with straight sides and a perforated bottom, for a 450 g (1 lb) loaf with a crisp golden crust and no more soggy bottoms.
The holes let the heat reach the dough directly, so the loaf browns evenly on every side. The tin also works for fruit loaves and meatloaf and is made for everyday baking of smaller loaves. The Quantum 2 non-stick coating is PFOA, PTFE and BPA free, and the tin is oven safe up to 220 °C, fridge and freezer safe, and dishwasher safe.
