The MasterClass loaf tin measures 23 x 13 cm and is 7 cm deep, made of heavyweight commercial-grade carbon steel with two layers of Quantum II non-stick, the right size for a 2 lb loaf.
The tin is generously sized for soft, crusty loaves. Besides bread, it suits rye bread, banana cake, meatloaf and pâté. The non-stick coating releases crusts easily, and the tin is safe in the oven, fridge and freezer.
