The MasterClass fluted ring cake tin is 27 cm across and 8 cm deep, made from commercial-grade carbon steel with a double non-stick coating, for ring cakes that look as good as they taste.
It is just the right size for a generous lemon and ginger ring cake, and also works for savoury dishes such as a terrine or a stuffed rice ring. Being fridge and freezer safe, it is ideal for desserts that need to set. The tin is oven safe up to 220 °C and dishwasher safe.
