The 23 cm MasterClass Crusty Bake deep pie dish is made of perforated carbon steel with a Quantum II non-stick coating and sloped sides, suited to pies, deep tarts and quiches.
The perforations let moisture escape from the pastry and hot air circulate, so the base bakes crisp and golden with no soggy bottom. The sloped sides and non-stick coating make the tart easy to remove, and the crust keeps crisping as it cools.
