The 16 cm (1.5 L) MasterClass saucepan has an aluminium body, a ceramic non-stick coating free from PFOA, PTFE and BPA, a stainless steel base for all hobs including induction, and a toughened glass lid.
The natural ceramic coating releases food easily, so you need far less oil, while the aluminium spreads heat quickly and evenly. The Bakelite handle stays cool to the touch, and the saucepan is dishwasher safe.
