Description

The Mikasa Luxe Deco teapot is a white fine china teapot with a black band and a genuine gold rim, holding 1.1 litres (4 cups), with an internal metal filter for elegantly served loose-leaf tea.

Inspired by the bold geometric prints of the 1920s Art Deco era, the teapot adds a decadent finish to any table. The internal metal filter keeps the leaves out of the cup for a flavoursome brew, and the lid keeps the tea warm. It is dishwasher safe but not suitable for the microwave.

The Mikasa Luxe Deco collection also includes plates, espresso cups and bowls for a complete festive table.

Instructions for use

The teapot is dishwasher safe; remove the filter and rinse the leaves off it separately. Do not put it in the microwave because of the genuine gold rim, and do not heat it on the hob. Avoid abrasive scourers on the gold decoration.
