Description

The MasterClass Cast Aluminium 20 cm casserole dish is a round pot made of cast aluminium in metallic blue, with a lid and a 2.5 litre capacity, ideal for stews, curries and slow-cooked meals.

Cast aluminium cooks as evenly as cast iron but is much lighter to handle, and the two layers of non-stick coating resist scratches. The dish works on all hobs including induction and in the oven up to 200 °C, while the self-basting lid keeps food moist and full of flavour.
