The Cast Aluminium Collection is made from cast aluminum, a material that is as tough as cast iron but significantly lighter, conducts heat quickly, and guarantees fast and even cooking, both in the oven and on the stovetop. Its stainless steel base makes it suitable for any heat source, including induction, and is also suitable in the oven up to 200° C for slow cooking. MasterClass has added two layers of superior non-stick coating. It is so efficient that you can cook using little or no oil. The material is durable and scratch-resistant.
