Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon (original title) is a beloved recipe in our home. It is elegant and has a refined taste. The preparation time is longer compared to other omelets, but the method is quite simple. The fact is that the taste exceeds all expectations.

Ingredients

30 g butter

8 eggs

1 piece of smoked salmon

100 ml heavy cream

salt and pepper

8 slices of country bread
Preparation method:
Take the products out of the refrigerator at least one hour in advance. Pour water into a large bowl and place a heat-resistant ceramic bowl on top.
Add the butter, in parallel, quickly beat the eggs in another bowl, season with salt and pepper.
Slice the salmon thinly and add it to the bowl with the beaten eggs, pour the mixture into the pan with the hot butter, stir the eggs continuously with a spatula.
When the mixture starts to have a creamy consistency, add the cream and mix well. Remove the bowl from the heat and grind more pepper on top.
Serve the scrambled eggs immediately while hot with toasted bread.
