Hello friends, last Saturday I attended the Don't Touch Me Day Cactus Festival!
I had to cook outside, preferably something simple and easy to remember. The idea for this recipe was just right and unexpectedly well-received, thanks to its bouquet of flavors and unusual combination of ingredients.
I want to share it with you too!
Ingredients
- arugula (or other greens)
- goat cheese (feta or cambozola)
- peaches (they are irreplaceable)
- seeds or nuts of your choice
- thin slices of baguette
- 1/4 lemon
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- optionally, you can add ham or shrimp
Preparation
- Slice and grill the peaches, ham, and baguette.
- Season the arugula with salt, pepper, lemon, and oil.
- Arrange the cheese, ham, and bread on top.
- Sprinkle some seeds and nuts over the salad.
- Bon Appétit!
