These baked broccoli and mozzarella patties are a healthy and delicious option for a light meal or snack.
Ingredients:

- 500g ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli (cut into small pieces)
- 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for greasing
- Start by preparing the broccoli. Wash it and cut it into small pieces. You can boil it in salted water for a few minutes or steam it until it becomes tender. Then, drain it and let it cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, beaten egg, whole wheat flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are combined.
- Add the broccoli pieces and grated mozzarella to the meat mixture and mix until well incorporated.
- Form small balls from the meat mixture and flatten them to create the patties.
- Preheat the oven to 190°C and prepare a baking sheet, greasing the surface with olive oil.
- Place the patties on the baking sheet, leaving a little space between them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the patties are golden brown and cooked through. Check with a food thermometer to ensure they have reached an internal temperature of 74°C.
- Once cooked, remove the patties from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
