It's true, we all try to reduce sugar in our lives; it accumulates where it shouldn't and has little nutritional value.
It would be great to know that we ate one dessert, and that was all the sugar in our daily allowance. Unfortunately, it's everywhere: in cold cuts, sauces, drinks, tea, coffee, canned goods, etc.
A balanced diet means a natural one. Not all of us have the luxury of cooking at home every day and being in control – but still, I advocate for balance and by no means for categorical decisions.
Sugar-free Panna Cotta is a recipe I discovered at the dietitian's. It's a pretty good compromise for those who love desserts.
I served it with peaches caramelized in their own juice.
To remove the panna cotta from the mold - place it in a bowl of warm water for a very short time.
Bon Appetit and may you have a perfect figure!
